The City of Elizabeth has partnered with PROCHAMPS.com to administer its Foreclosure and Vacant Property Registration programs. This process will identify a contact person to address violations for vacant properties and for properties in the foreclosure process.
In order to comply with the Foreclosure and Vacant Property Registration Ordinance(s), all Owners/Mortgagees/Trustees must register online via PROCHAMPS and pay a registration fee.
