Planning Board
The Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment are two separate boards that consist of 11 commissioners that reside in the City of Elizabeth. They have the power to approve/deny any application requesting changes for the specific property developments needing variances, sub-divisions, or site plans. Depending on the specifications of the development, determines which board the applicant will need to be heard by.
