Community Affairs Bureau

The Community Affairs Bureau consists of the Traffic Unit, the Extra Duty Assignment Office and the Community Service Unit. The Bureau, which is commanded by a Police Lieutenant, also oversees the LEAD program, Parking Violation Officers and School Traffic Guards.  The Bureau has three primary functions: 1. Provide traffic enforcement and investigative resources to support the Patrol Division. 2. Integrate into the community through school programs. 3. Assign off-duty personnel to locations when requested.
