EHIP provides financial, educational, and technical assistance to individuals and organizations interested in rehabilitating existing housing units and/or constructing new housing units, which are affordable to low and moderate income persons. Repairs may include, but are not limited to: • Heating systems • Roofs • Windows/doors • Plumbing • Electrical • Sidewalks • Lead based paint • Handicapped accessibility • Code violations Certain restrictions apply.
