The pre meeting conferences are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise specified. The conferences are held in Room No. 307 at 7:30 P.M. The regular meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise specified. The meetings are held in the City Council Chamber at 7:30 P.M. In the event of special conferences or meetings of City Council, you will be so notified. CITY COUNCIL WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY MATTER FOR ACTION AT A REGULAR MEETING UNLESS IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AT A PRE MEETING CONFERENCE (Paragraph 5, “Rules of Procedure” governing City Council).
