Schedule for Pre Meeting Conferences and Regular Meeting
Listed below are the pre meeting conference dates and regular meeting dates of City Council for 2011.
The pre meeting conferences are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise specified. The conferences are held in Room No. 307 at 7:30 P.M.
The regular meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise specified. The meetings are held in the City Council Chamber at 7:30 P.M.
In the event of special conferences or meetings of City Council, you will be so notified.
CITY COUNCIL WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY MATTER FOR ACTION AT A REGULAR MEETING UNLESS IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AT A PRE MEETING CONFERENCE (Paragraph 5, “Rules of Procedure” governing City Council). THERE WILL BE NO SUSPENSION OF THIS RULE UNLESS A DOCUMENTED BONA FIDE EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTS.
